We’re not here to run our business like a tech bro agency that pays people $3/hour and calls it “management.” At the dollhouse, we prioritize hiring sex workers, marginalized creators, and people with lived experience. Not only that, but we also pay them fairly. All of our roles are currently freelance/contractor, with plans to expand into W2 positions down the line.

We’re all about collaboration, autonomy, and doing this work in a way that feels good for everyone involved. We’re proud to offer flexible hours, ethical rates, and a team that’s literally built on community care.
