We’re a digital service and education provider, which means everything we offer, whether it’s a course, workshop, or custom service, is delivered digitally. Once you’ve accessed a resource or we’ve started work on your account, it’s considered “used,” so all sales are final. Services that have already been rendered are not eligible for refunds, even if they were not “used” to your standards.

But we’re not heartless. If something genuinely went wrong (you were charged twice, something didn’t work, etc.), please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

❥ failure to access the product due to outdated apps, browser issues, etc.

For certain digital products (like courses or downloads), we may offer a one-time transfer or swap if requested within 48 hours, depending on circumstances. No guarantees, but we’re happy to consider it.

We collect only what we need, like your name, contact info, login credentials (if relevant to your service), and payment info. None of it is shared, sold, or used for anything shady. Ever. Your info is only accessed by people directly working on your account. If we no longer need access (or you want to cut ties), we delete it upon request. You are in control of your own data. Always.
